CONCRETE ROOF TILES

SEPTIC TANKS
Our pre-cast concrete septic tank is a mixture of cement, quarry dust and chippings, mechanically cast to form a watertight covered receptacle, designed and constructed to receive the discharge of sewage from a building. It separates solids from liquids, digests organic matter and stores digested solids through a period of detention that allows the clarified liquids to discharge for final disposal
Long-term properties: Pre-cast concrete gradually strengthens over time, as compared to other materials used for septic tanks.
Flexibility and strength: Pre-cast concrete is flexible and strong enough to withstand extreme loading conditions without the worry of catastrophic failure.
Speed: It is faster and easier to install, compared to the cast in-situ septic tank.
Waterproof: Because of its waterproof nature, it is ideal for waterlogged areas.
Space-saving: It takes up a little portion of the plot of land.
Affordable: it is cheaper to make, install and maintain compared to the the cast in situ septic tank.
Environmentally friendly: ACP septic tank is non-toxic, environmentally safe and made from natural ingredients.
CONCRETE DRAINAGE PIPES
Our precast concrete pipes are used in the construction of sanitary sewers, drains systems, pump stations, wet and dry well, for both major and minor construction projects. Our products are regularly tested and calibrated to ensure production quality. All ACP products are produced to high standards and are approved by the Ghana Standards Authority.
Diameter: Our pipes range from 12in to 72in in diameter.
Length: Our pipes range from 600mm to 1000mm in length.
Thickness: Our pipes range from 31mm to 50mm in thickness. This corresponds directly with the diameter of the pipes.
Porous pipes: We also have available porous pipes.
CONCRETE POROUS PIPES
ACP Concrete porous pipes are a unique civil engineering breakthrough that provides significant benefits in a wide range of applications. During the manufacturing process, gaps or pores are purposefully generated within the pipe structure to allow water to pass through the walls. Highly recommended for waterlogged locations to help reduce the amount and frequency of groundwater flow, minimizing the risk of flooding and erosion. They come in 100mm and 150mm diameters.

CONSTRUCTION BLOCKS
We have a range of blocks to suit all building needs. Our blocks are versatile, durable, strong and provide increased acoustic properties. Our solid and hollow blocks have strengths varying between 4r/mn2 – 7r/mn2. This is about 15 times the strength of the blocks made by most of our competitors. Our blocks are environmentally friends, economical, fire and insect resistant and guaranteed to perform to specification.
Solid blocks: We have available 4in, 5in, 6in and 8in solid blocks; with weights ranging from 17.66kg to 35.32 kg.
Hollow blocks: We have available 5in, 6in and 8in hollow blocks; with wights ranging from 11.55kg to 19.97kg.
PAVEMENT BLOCKS AND SLABS
Our pavement blocks are available in all oxide colours below.
Our pavement blocks and slabs offer: Durability and Strength, Safety, Skid Resistance, Overall Quality and Low Maintenance.
We have available both Rectangular Pavers and T-Plaza Pavers and they range from 60mm to 80mm.
